History

It was in a fine day of September 2020 that core group members from various allied health programs initiated the institution of an organization dedicated to encourage, nurture, and strengthen the thriving student community with a burning desire to become future Physicians. It took months of preparation for the students of BS Biology, BS Nursing, BS Psychology, and BS Medical Technology programs to publicly open registration for students of the Cavite State University. Currently, the membership of the organization to the Alliance of Philippine Pre-Medical Societies legitimizes its presence as a student organization for aspiring physicians.

As of this moment, the organization lays its foundation by mobilizing members to produce ideas on programs, activities, and extension services, as it strengthen its presence in the community by developing linkages through partnerships and membership to various accrediting agencies for student organizations.

Mission

The Cavite State University – The Asclepian Society commits itself to provide an avenue for achieving holistic development in the field of health sciences, to maintain the highest standards of intellectual growth, to uphold the importance of sustaining social networks vital to our revered profession, and to instill the sense of duty and service in every exercised act. All of these shall be in unison in the pursuit of producing globally competitive and morally upright physicians of the future.

Vision

The Cavite State University – The Asclepian Society is a co-curricular, socio-civic, student’s society dedicated to be the platform for transformative development for its members, the Pre-Medical students, towards realizing the vision of becoming globally competitive and morally upright future Physicians.
